Should I get a power outlet or install a light switch on the ceiling?

I live in a house in which none of the rooms lamps on the ceiling, all of our rooms have lights connected to the outlet and one of these establishments is controlled by the switch light. I would like to change this so that when you turn the switch that can turn a light fixture on the ceiling, about to upgrade my house. Should I or I can get power from a wall outlet or switch and how I can do this? Any diagrams would help me tremendously photo!

The work can be done from the switch, if the hot and neutral circuit breaker goes to the first, then neutrals wirenutted together and heat passes through the switch in the outlet, a romex from the switch to the new roof box may be a candidate for the new lamp. If a switch is receiving heat from the wall outlet and then the cables change not be able to complete the circuit, the only hot because the switch will move in, hot and cargo to the outlet. Then you need to run his new romex from a wall outlet and use the neutral there to complete the circuit. You said that one of those turns the electrical contact, it seems half of his making is on and the other half is hot all the time. In this case, it sounds like the wall out is the power switch so you must run the circuit of the wall outlet and use the side of switching power supply circuit for the ceiling lamp again.
