LED light wiring and the problem of change?

Hi, we have replaced the break periodic flooding in our home office (4 of them in a circuit) with dimmable LED bulbs. They are controlled by a dimmer and work well. We decided to try them in my kitchen to see how they would and that only work in two of the five cans in the circuit. those lights are controlled by the two separate switches. Each turn them all inside and outside and one of the switches is a voltage regulator. Thinking about the dimmer switch could be to blame it changed to a regular switch. In order to cut power to the electrical panel lights we had to cut two circuit breakers (do not know if it is normal or has something to do with this.) Therefore, the question is, why only 2 out of 3 LEDs work Ketchen when all the work in the office and all incandescent bulbs work in the kitchen?

If you had to turn over a power cutoff switch the lights controlled by the same person dangerously ill switch circuit wiring. Get a professional to rewire the circuit. You're lucky this situation did not result a fire. The fact that I do not know if this is normal suggests that you should consult a professional in any case.
